Robyn Clark
Robyn’s ultimate goal is to inspire growth and development in individuals and in organizations to enable greater performance, engagement and leadership. Her energy, positivity and enthusiasm permeate everything she does. She believes that without change, people and organizations can’t grow. Creating change and making it stick is what drives her.
As founder of WinningWise, Robyn is committed to partnering with leaders and organizations to help them achieve new and better outcomes. Robyn has extensive experience designing and delivering strategy and solutions in executive, leadership, team and career development, talent management, transformational change and organizational development, culture building, and strategic HR. She has worked with senior executive leaders and their teams, broad mid-level leaders and HR functions in top tier national and international organizations such as The Federal Reserve Bank, Reynolds, McDonald’s, Marsh McLennan, Chamberlain, IRI, Grubhub, West Monroe Partners, CNA Insurance, Duke Realty, L’Oreal and more.
Robyn personally invests herself in her clients’ success. She builds strong relationships of trust dedicating herself to understanding her clients’ unique needs. She’s an exceptional facilitator and coach with a passion for continual learning and innovative creativity. Kate Baratta
Kate has been at WinningWise since its inception in 2014. She’s passionate about helping others reach their potential and find the success they’re looking for at work. Her eye for detail and creative writing skills have allowed her to bring a unique perspective to career and leadership development consulting. Although her background is in marketing and journalism, Kate loves to see how leadership development can transform a company from one with employees who get the job done to one with employees who are inspired to go above and beyond.
As COO, Kate wears many hats. With an extreme love of organization, she skillfully handles all day-to-day business operations and leads our marketing strategy. But the work she’s been most excited about over the past several years has been developing WinningWise’s new personal growth portal called GrowWise. As portal architect, Kate is excited to bring a brand new, innovative solution to career development. She believes that meaningful personal development is the key to growth – for individuals and for companies.

Judy Brozovich
Judy brings diverse talent management and human resource experience to the WinningWise team. Judy believes the combination of trusted, knowledgeable HR partners along with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships is key to successful client partnerships. Judy draws on her experience from the construction, manufacturing and building controls industries to bring a unique perspective to her work. Her background includes regional, international and multi-site operation responsibilities that provide strategic, positive human resource direction for her business partners.
Judy has acted as a business partner and consultant with all levels of management in all aspects of human resources including, but not limited to career/succession planning and development company-wide, talent acquisition and selection process, defining performance management criteria by position for annual review processes company-wide, positive employee relations initiatives, proactive compensation reviews, etc.
Judy has a Business Administration degree majoring in Human Resources Management from Briar Cliff University, Sioux City, IA and an Executive MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in Lake Forest, IL. She has been a faculty member of Western International University in Phoenix, AZ (now a part of Phoenix University) instructing in Human Resources Management. Judy has been involved in her local HOA, veteran and food bank charities, as well as, other community events.

Lauren Frank
Lauren is a coach and consultant. She leads our team of consultants to create custom and innovative solutions to their most pressing talent challenges. She has extensive experience in developing the capabilities of leaders and teams while navigating complex organizational change. Lauren has more than 15 years of experience in leadership development and 10 years of experience directly managing teams. Her past projects include developing organization-wide talent strategy, creating career models and pathways, and building strategic HR functions. She’s particularly interested in the role that leaders can play in influencing culture and performance across their teams and organizations.
Lauren believes that supporting the growth and development of others is how to best make a positive impact on the world. She believes in the importance of balancing attention to results with a people-first orientation. She encourages clients to dig deeper, take risks and achieve extraordinary results.
Lauren received her master’s degree from Northwestern University in Learning and Organizational Change, completing her thesis research on inclusive leadership development. She’s also a certified leadership coach, obtaining her coaching credentials from Northwestern University. Originally from Michigan, Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and began her career teaching 2nd grade with the Teach for America program in Charlotte, NC.

Emma Knudsen
Emma is a coach and talent development professional focused on implementing solutions that have a real impact. Emma has extensive experience designing, implementing and leading solutions in career and leadership development, employee engagement, culture building, and change management.
Emma is drawn to the idea of meaningful work and feeling connected to what we do each day. Her goal is to help others find their “why” and inspire them to reach their potential. She believes you can be a leader from any chair. Emma has a passion for people development at all levels and is eager to bring her knowledge and expertise to the clients she works with.
Emma’s role at WinningWise involves partnering with clients to understand their needs and implementing solutions based on those needs. She’s relationship oriented and strives to build strong client partnerships centered around trust and transparency. Emma is also responsible for the design and implementation of various learning and development solutions that WinningWise offers. She brings her positivity, drive and determination to everything she does.
Emma holds her MBA and master’s in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University. She did her undergrad at the University of Missouri where she received her bachelor’s in Management.

Carly Wolff
Carly joined the WinningWise Team as a Junior Consultant in June 2021, following her graduation from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Her interest in the Career Development and Talent Management space sparked when she decided to pursue a minor in Leadership and Education Development during her time in undergrad at the UMN.
Carly is a strong communicator with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. She is organized and passionate about working with people to truly understand their unique needs. Carly takes the lead on designing session materials, while also assisting with marketing and social media. She serves as the Executive Assistant to our CEO, so she’s the main point of contact for all your scheduling needs. Over the past few months, Carly has slowly began transitioning into a sales role, and she’s eager to begin generating her interest and excitement about our offerings toward our clients and customers. Even though Carly is just getting started, she’s confident in her ability to succeed and make a difference at WinningWise and within your organization today.
