We use many team exercises to build trust, strengthen relationships, enhance communication and mitigate conflicts. Our Team Effectiveness Assessment uses a multi-rater methodology to measure team performance against proven team traits that can be done at three levels: (1) Team – how the team as a whole rates itself; (2) Individual Team Members – how each individual contributes to overall team functioning; (3) Team Leader – how the leader’s leadership is perceived by the team. We follow-up the assessment with debrief coaching and personal action planning with a certified experienced coach.
