Balancing the Role of the Leader
Effective leaders are able to balance their roles in the short and long term and focus on both delivery of tasks and people development. A fun, interactive group card game activity creates engagement and learning for leaders to understand their leadership strengths and potential areas for development. We use our LeadWiseTM framework to create real insights and action plans for how they spend their time currently and where they should spend their time. Participants walk away with a strong understanding of their role as a leader and how they can leverage their strengths as well as step up their performance to lead the new change requirements for the organization.
